Together with HISTORY/A+E, we produced this piece for the National Archives’ Amending America exhibit. Because the short had to explain detailed parliamentary procedures, Paper Ocean lead, Benjamin Goldman, pitched an animated musical—which was a hit with everyone from students on DC field trips to historians.
